Version 1.04, plus multi-language edition

At long last, the digitally-distributed edition of the game is now available with additional languages: English, German, Italian, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Dutch, Czech, Danish, Norwegian, Swedish and Finnish. There were also a few fixes and improvements, more info on the update page.
